CORELY PAYMENT AND PAYOUT POLICY

Last updated: May 20, 2026

This Payment and Payout Policy applies to payments, fees, refunds, chargebacks, reversals, payouts, payout holds, offsets, negative balances, and related transaction activity made through Corely Connect, Corely Pro, the Corely website, and related services provided by Corely LLC (“Corely”).

This Policy supplements the Corely Terms of Service, Corely Connect Customer Agreement, Corely Pro Provider Agreement, and Privacy Policy.

By making a payment, accepting a Quote, receiving a payout, setting up payout information, or using payment-related features, the User agrees to this Policy.

1. PAYMENT PROCESSING

Corely may allow Customers to pay for Provider Services through payment workflows made available by Corely and third-party payment partners.

By submitting payment information or authorizing a transaction, the Customer authorizes Corely and its payment partners to charge, debit, process, refund, reverse, or otherwise manage the transaction as necessary to complete the payment, operate the Service, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and comply with applicable rules or law.

Corely may use third-party payment processors, banks, card networks, app stores, or other financial partners to support payment and payout workflows.

Corely is not a bank and does not provide deposit accounts, stored value accounts, loans, insurance, payroll services, or financial advice.

2. CUSTOMER PAYMENTS

Customers may be charged for:

  • Provider Services;

  • Corely platform fees;

  • service fees;

  • processing-related fees;

  • taxes;

  • cancellation fees;

  • other fees disclosed at checkout or in the Service.

A Customer is responsible for reviewing the Quote, payment amount, applicable fees, and any checkout terms before authorizing payment.

Submitting payment does not guarantee that Provider Services will be completed to the Customer’s expectations. Provider Services are performed by the Provider, not Corely.

3. PROVIDER PAYOUTS

Providers may receive payouts through payout workflows made available by Corely and its payment partners.

A Provider must provide accurate and current payout information. Corely or its payment partners may require identity, business, tax, bank, or compliance verification before payouts are enabled or released.

Payout timing may depend on:

  • payment processor rules;

  • banking rules;

  • card network rules;

  • verification status;

  • risk review;

  • refund activity;

  • chargeback activity;

  • account status;

  • legal or compliance requirements.

Corely does not guarantee any specific payout timing unless expressly stated in writing.

4. FEES

Corely may charge fees for use of the Service.

Fees may include:

  • subscription fees;

  • platform fees;

  • service fees;

  • transaction fees;

  • processing-related fees;

  • administrative fees;

  • cancellation fees;

  • other fees disclosed through the Service.

Fees may be deducted from Customer payments, Provider payouts, payment methods on file, or other amounts owed, where permitted by applicable terms and law.

Unless otherwise stated or required by law, Corely fees are non-refundable.

5. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

Refunds and cancellations may depend on:

  • the status of the Request;

  • whether a Quote was accepted;

  • whether work has started;

  • whether work has been completed;

  • the Provider’s stated terms;

  • Corely’s platform rules;

  • payment processor rules;

  • applicable law.

Corely may process refunds where Corely determines a refund is appropriate, required by law, required by payment processor rules, or necessary to protect the Service.

A refund to a Customer may reduce, delay, reverse, or offset a Provider payout.

6. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

A chargeback, payment dispute, reversal, or failed payment may affect both the Customer and Provider.

Disputes about work quality, scope, timing, completion, pricing, property damage, safety, or Provider performance are generally between the Customer and Provider.

Corely may provide administrative support, including transaction records, receipts, Request Thread records, timestamps, messages, photos, documents, and platform logs.

Providers agree to cooperate with Corely in responding to chargebacks, payment disputes, refund reviews, fraud reviews, and evidence requests.

Corely does not guarantee any chargeback, refund, dispute, or payment outcome.

7. PAYOUT HOLDS, REVERSALS, AND OFFSETS

Corely may delay, hold, reduce, offset, reverse, suspend, or cancel a Provider payout where Corely determines such action is necessary or appropriate due to:

  • suspected fraud;

  • Customer complaint;

  • refund request;

  • chargeback;

  • payment reversal;

  • failed payment;

  • failed payout;

  • inaccurate account information;

  • incomplete verification;

  • negative balance;

  • violation of Corely terms;

  • legal, tax, banking, card network, processor, or compliance requirement;

  • risk to Customers, Providers, Corely, payment partners, or the Service.

Corely may offset amounts owed from future Provider payouts.

8. NEGATIVE BALANCES AND RECOVERY

A Provider is responsible for negative balances or amounts owed arising from:

  • refunds;

  • chargebacks;

  • reversals;

  • failed payments;

  • failed payouts;

  • Provider fees;

  • Customer disputes;

  • fraud;

  • Provider misconduct;

  • Provider Services;

  • violations of Corely terms.

Corely may recover amounts owed by:

  • deducting from future payouts;

  • charging a payment method on file;

  • requesting direct payment;

  • using payment partner recovery tools;

  • taking other action permitted by applicable terms or law.

9. TAXES

Users are responsible for taxes associated with their use of the Service.

Providers are responsible for all taxes connected to Provider Services, Provider income, Provider payouts, Provider Personnel, business operations, and tax reporting obligations.

Corely may collect tax information, retain tax records, and issue tax forms where required by law or by payment partners.

Corely does not provide tax advice.

10. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

Corely may update this Payment and Payout Policy from time to time.

When this Policy is updated, Corely will revise the “Last updated” date above and may provide additional notice where required by law or where Corely determines notice is appropriate.

Continued use of payment, payout, or transaction-related features after an updated Policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
