By accessing or using the Service, the User acknowledges that the User has read and understands this Privacy Policy.

1. SCOPE

This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Service.

This Privacy Policy applies to:

  • Corely Connect;

  • Corely Pro;

  • the Corely website;

  • Corely mobile applications;

  • Corely web applications;

  • Corely customer support;

  • Corely payment and payout-related workflows;

  • Corely marketplace, request, quote, and communication features.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites, applications, platforms, payment processors, authentication providers, app stores, or other services that Corely does not own or control. Use of Third-Party Services is governed by the terms and privacy policies of those third parties.

2. DEFINITIONS

For purposes of this Privacy Policy:

“Corely” means Corely LLC.

“Service” means Corely Connect, Corely Pro, the Corely website located at corelyhq.co, Corely mobile applications, Corely web applications, and all related products, software, tools, features, workflows, content, and services provided by Corely.

“Corely Connect” means the customer-facing application, website experience, or related service features made available by Corely for Customers to discover Providers, submit Requests, review Quotes, communicate with Providers, and use payment-related workflows.

“Corely Pro” means the provider-facing application, website experience, or related service features made available by Corely for Providers to create profiles, receive Requests, submit Quotes, manage work, communicate with Customers, and use payout-related workflows.

“Customer” means a User that seeks, requests, reviews, accepts, schedules, pays for, or otherwise interacts with Provider Services through the Service. A Customer may include a homeowner, renter, landlord, property manager, business, organization, or other person or entity seeking Provider Services.

“Provider” means any individual, sole proprietor, contractor, trade professional, business, company, team, or other entity that creates or uses a Corely Pro account, maintains a provider profile, receives Requests, submits Quotes, accepts work, offers Provider Services, performs Provider Services, or receives payouts through the Service.

“User” means any person or entity that accesses or uses the Service, including Customers, Providers, and website visitors.

“Request” means a Customer inquiry, job request, project request, service request, message, or similar submission made through the Service.

“Quote” means an estimate, proposal, price, scope, service offer, or similar submission made by a Provider through the Service.

“Request Thread” means a shared workflow, message thread, project record, or service record through which Customers and Providers may view, discuss, submit, accept, reject, revise, or manage Requests, Quotes, payments, records, communications, or related information.

“Provider Services” means trade, home service, repair, maintenance, installation, construction, improvement, inspection, consultation, cleaning, labor, or other services offered, quoted, managed, or performed by a Provider.

“Third-Party Services” means services, products, software, processors, platforms, tools, or systems provided by third parties that may be integrated with, linked from, or used in connection with the Service.

3. INFORMATION CORELY COLLECTS

Corely collects information that Users provide directly, information generated through use of the Service, information collected automatically, and information received from Third-Party Services.

The information collected may depend on:

  • whether the User uses Corely Connect or Corely Pro;

  • whether the User is a Customer or Provider;

  • whether the User creates an account;

  • whether the User submits Requests or Quotes;

  • whether the User makes payments or receives payouts;

  • whether verification, fraud review, tax reporting, or support is required;

  • which features are used.

Corely may collect the categories of information described below.

4. INFORMATION CUSTOMERS MAY PROVIDE

Customers may provide information through Corely Connect, the website, support channels, payment workflows, and related Service features.

Customer information may include:

  • name;

  • email address;

  • phone number;

  • account login information;

  • service address or job location;

  • property type;

  • Request details;

  • project descriptions;

  • preferred service categories;

  • scheduling or availability information;

  • photos, videos, documents, or other files related to a Request;

  • messages with Providers or Corely support;

  • Quotes viewed, accepted, rejected, or discussed;

  • payment-related information;

  • reviews, ratings, feedback, or support requests;

  • other information submitted through the Service.

Customers should not submit personal, confidential, sensitive, or private information that is not necessary for the applicable Request, payment, support issue, or Service feature.

5. INFORMATION PROVIDERS MAY PROVIDE

Providers may provide information through Corely Pro, the website, support channels, payout workflows, onboarding, profile setup, verification workflows, and related Service features.

Provider information may include:

  • name;

  • email address;

  • phone number;

  • account login information;

  • business name;

  • business address;

  • business contact information;

  • service categories;

  • trade type;

  • service areas;

  • profile description;

  • photos, logos, portfolio images, or other profile content;

  • license, permit, certification, insurance, or credential information, if submitted or required;

  • availability information;

  • Requests received;

  • Quotes submitted;

  • work management information;

  • Customer communications;

  • payout-related information;

  • tax-related information;

  • support requests;

  • reviews, ratings, feedback, or dispute information;

  • other information submitted through the Service.

Providers are responsible for ensuring that information submitted to Corely is accurate, current, lawful, and authorized.

6. PAYMENT, PAYOUT, VERIFICATION, AND TAX INFORMATION

Corely may collect, receive, process, store, or access information connected to payments, payouts, verification, tax reporting, refunds, chargebacks, disputes, fraud prevention, and compliance.

Depending on the User’s role and use of the Service, this information may include:

  • payment status;

  • payment method type;

  • transaction amount;

  • transaction date;

  • receipts;

  • invoices;

  • refund records;

  • chargeback records;

  • failed payment records;

  • payout status;

  • payout history;

  • transfer identifiers;

  • payout account status;

  • bank tokenization information;

  • last four digits of payment or payout accounts, where applicable;

  • billing address;

  • tax identification information, where required;

  • legal name;

  • date of birth, where required for verification;

  • business ownership information, where required for verification;

  • business details;

  • identity verification status;

  • fraud, risk, restriction, hold, reserve, reversal, or compliance information.

Payment card numbers, bank account numbers, identity verification documents, and similar sensitive financial or verification information may be processed by Third-Party Services. Corely may receive limited records, tokens, identifiers, status information, confirmations, receipts, transfer records, and compliance-related information from those Third-Party Services.

Corely may retain payment, payout, tax, dispute, fraud, and compliance records as necessary to operate the Service, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, support audits, prevent fraud, and maintain business records.

7. INFORMATION COLLECTED AUTOMATICALLY

When the User accesses or uses the Service, Corely may automatically collect certain information.

Automatically collected information may include:

  • device type;

  • operating system;

  • browser type;

  • app version;

  • device identifiers;

  • IP address;

  • approximate location derived from IP address;

  • language settings;

  • pages or screens viewed;

  • buttons, links, or features used;

  • search, map, marketplace, or discovery interactions;

  • Request and Quote workflow activity;

  • session duration;

  • timestamps;

  • referral source;

  • crash reports;

  • performance logs;

  • diagnostic data;

  • security logs;

  • fraud, abuse, or risk signals.

This information may be used to operate, secure, improve, troubleshoot, analyze, and protect the Service.

8. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES

Corely may use cookies, local storage, pixels, software development kits, and similar technologies on the website and within the Service.

These technologies may be used for:

  • site functionality;

  • account login;

  • security;

  • fraud prevention;

  • analytics;

  • performance monitoring;

  • improving the Service;

  • understanding how Users interact with the Service.

9. SOCIAL SIGN-IN

The Service may allow account creation or login through Third-Party Services, including Apple Sign-In and Google Sign-In.

When a User uses social sign-in, Corely may receive information from the authentication provider, such as:

  • name;

  • email address;

  • account identifier;

  • authentication token;

  • profile information permitted by the User;

  • other information made available by the authentication provider.

The information received may depend on the User’s settings, the authentication provider’s policies, and the permissions granted by the User.

Corely uses social sign-in information to create accounts, authenticate Users, secure accounts, prevent fraud, and operate the Service.

Corely is not responsible for the privacy practices, availability, security, terms, or policies of Apple, Google, or any other third-party authentication provider.

10. HOW CORELY USES INFORMATION

Corely may use information to:

  • provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Service;

  • create and manage accounts;

  • authenticate Users;

  • operate Corely Connect;

  • operate Corely Pro;

  • facilitate marketplace discovery;

  • display Provider profiles;

  • process Requests;

  • process Quotes;

  • operate Request Threads;

  • facilitate Customer and Provider communications;

  • support payment workflows;

  • support payout workflows;

  • process receipts, confirmations, and transaction records;

  • provide customer support;

  • respond to inquiries;

  • send service-related communications;

  • send legal, safety, security, payment, payout, and account notices;

  • monitor Service performance;

  • troubleshoot bugs and technical issues;

  • improve reliability and User experience;

  • develop new features;

  • personalize or organize marketplace results;

  • detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, spam, platform manipulation, security incidents, payment risk, and policy violations;

  • conduct verification, risk review, dispute review, chargeback review, and compliance review;

  • enforce Corely’s Terms, agreements, and policies;

  • comply with legal, tax, regulatory, banking, card network, processor, and app store obligations;

  • protect the rights, safety, and security of Users, Corely, Third-Party Services, and the public;

  • maintain business records;

  • support legal claims, audits, investigations, and dispute resolution.

11. HOW INFORMATION IS SHARED

Corely does not sell personal information.

Corely may share information as described in this Privacy Policy, as disclosed at the time of collection, as authorized by the User, as necessary to operate the Service, or as required or permitted by law.

Information may be shared with:

  • Customers;

  • Providers;

  • payment processors;

  • payout partners;

  • banks;

  • card networks;

  • identity verification providers;

  • tax and compliance service providers;

  • hosting and infrastructure providers;

  • analytics and monitoring providers;

  • messaging, email, SMS, and push notification providers;

  • mapping and location service providers;

  • customer support tools;

  • fraud prevention and security providers;

  • professional advisors;

  • law enforcement, regulators, courts, or government authorities where required or appropriate;

  • parties involved in a business transfer;

  • other Third-Party Services used to operate or support the Service.

12. MARKETPLACE DATA SHARING BETWEEN CUSTOMERS AND PROVIDERS

Corely operates a marketplace that requires certain information to be shared between Customers and Providers.

12.1 Customer Information Shared With Providers

When a Customer submits a Request, communicates with a Provider, accepts a Quote, makes a payment, or otherwise uses marketplace features, Corely may share Customer information with Providers as necessary to respond to the Request, prepare a Quote, communicate, coordinate, perform Provider Services, support payment workflows, or maintain records.

Customer information shared with Providers may include:

  • name;

  • contact information;

  • service location;

  • Request details;

  • project descriptions;

  • photos, videos, or documents submitted by the Customer;

  • scheduling information;

  • messages;

  • Quote acceptance status;

  • payment or transaction status;

  • information contained in a Request Thread.

12.2 Provider Information Shared With Customers

When a Provider creates a profile, receives Requests, submits Quotes, communicates with Customers, or uses marketplace features, Corely may share Provider information with Customers.

Provider information shared with Customers may include:

  • Provider name;

  • business name;

  • profile information;

  • service categories;

  • service area;

  • photos, logos, portfolio images, or profile content;

  • contact or communication information;

  • license, insurance, certification, or credential information if displayed or submitted for that purpose;

  • Quote details;

  • scheduling information;

  • messages;

  • review or rating information;

  • information contained in a Request Thread.

12.3 Request Threads

Request Threads may be visible to both the applicable Customer and Provider. Information in a Request Thread may include Requests, Quotes, messages, photos, documents, payment status, scheduling details, service records, and related communications.

Users should not place unnecessary sensitive, confidential, or private information into Request Threads.

Corely may access Request Threads to provide support, operate the Service, enforce agreements, resolve disputes, investigate safety or fraud concerns, comply with law, and maintain business records.

13. PAYMENT PROCESSORS AND FINANCIAL PARTNERS

Corely may use Third-Party Services to process payments, payouts, refunds, chargebacks, reversals, tax reporting, identity verification, fraud review, and financial compliance.

Information may be shared with payment processors, payout partners, banks, card networks, tax service providers, and verification providers as necessary to:

  • process Customer payments;

  • process Provider payouts;

  • verify identity or business information;

  • confirm tax information;

  • manage payment failures;

  • issue refunds;

  • handle chargebacks;

  • process reversals;

  • manage payout holds;

  • recover negative balances;

  • detect and prevent fraud;

  • comply with law, processor rules, banking rules, and card network rules.

Third-Party Services may process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Corely is not responsible for the privacy practices, policies, security, or actions of Third-Party Services.

14. LEGAL, SAFETY, FRAUD, AND COMPLIANCE DISCLOSURES

Corely may access, preserve, use, or disclose information if Corely determines that such action is reasonably necessary or appropriate to:

  • comply with law, regulation, legal process, subpoena, court order, or governmental request;

  • enforce Corely’s Terms, agreements, and policies;

  • detect, prevent, or investigate fraud, abuse, spam, security incidents, payment risk, platform manipulation, or unlawful activity;

  • conduct risk, verification, compliance, or dispute reviews;

  • respond to chargebacks, refunds, reversals, complaints, or legal claims;

  • protect the rights, safety, property, or security of Users, Corely, Third-Party Services, or the public;

  • prevent physical, financial, reputational, or other harm;

  • maintain business, tax, audit, and compliance records.

15. BUSINESS TRANSFERS

If Corely is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, transfer of business, or similar transaction, User information may be transferred, disclosed, or processed as part of that transaction.

The receiving party may continue to use information in accordance with this Privacy Policy or as otherwise disclosed to Users.

16. DATA RETENTION

Corely retains information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

  • provide the Service;

  • operate Corely Connect and Corely Pro;

  • maintain accounts;

  • support Requests, Quotes, Request Threads, payments, and payouts;

  • provide customer support;

  • maintain business records;

  • comply with legal, tax, accounting, banking, processor, card network, and regulatory obligations;

  • resolve disputes;

  • enforce agreements;

  • prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;

  • support audits, investigations, and legal claims.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information, the User’s role, account status, transaction history, dispute history, legal obligations, and operational needs.

Certain information may be retained after account deletion where necessary for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, payment, payout, chargeback, audit, compliance, or legitimate business purposes.

17. USER CHOICES AND PRIVACY RIGHTS

Users may have certain privacy rights depending on location and applicable law.

These rights may include the right to:

  • request access to certain personal information;

  • request correction of inaccurate personal information;

  • request deletion of certain personal information;

  • request a copy of certain personal information;

  • object to or restrict certain processing;

  • opt out of certain marketing communications;

  • manage cookies through browser settings;

  • close or delete an account, subject to retention obligations.

Corely may need to verify the identity of the requesting User before responding to a privacy request.

Corely may deny or limit a request where permitted by law, including where information must be retained for legal, tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, payment, payout, audit, compliance, or business record purposes.

18. ACCOUNT ACCESS, CORRECTION, AND DELETION

Users may access and update certain account information through the Service.

A User may request access, correction, or deletion of account information by contacting Corely at support@corelyhq.co.

Deletion of an account may not immediately delete all information. Corely may retain information as necessary or appropriate for:

  • completed or pending Transactions;

  • payment records;

  • payout records;

  • tax records;

  • fraud prevention;

  • chargebacks;

  • disputes;

  • legal claims;

  • audit records;

  • safety investigations;

  • compliance obligations;

  • enforcement of agreements;

  • legitimate business records.

Deleting an account may limit or prevent access to the Service.

19. COMMUNICATIONS PREFERENCES

Corely may send transactional, operational, account, payment, payout, legal, security, safety, support, and service-related communications.

Users may opt out of marketing emails where applicable by using the unsubscribe link or other available opt-out method.

Even after opting out of marketing communications, Users may still receive non-marketing communications, including:

  • account notices;

  • security alerts;

  • payment notices;

  • payout notices;

  • support messages;

  • legal notices;

  • Request and Quote communications;

  • service-related updates.

Message and data rates may apply for SMS/text messages or mobile communications.

20. SECURITY

Corely uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information.

No method of transmission, processing, or storage is completely secure. Corely cannot guarantee absolute security.

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for promptly notifying Corely of suspected unauthorized account access or security issues.

21. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

The Service is not directed to children under thirteen (13) years old.

Corely does not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen (13).

If Corely learns that personal information from a child under thirteen (13) has been collected without appropriate consent, Corely will take appropriate steps to delete that information.

The Service is intended for Users who are at least eighteen (18) years old, unless otherwise expressly permitted by Corely and applicable law.

22. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

The Service may contain links to, integrations with, or features provided by Third-Party Services.

Third-Party Services may include:

  • Apple;

  • Google;

  • payment processors;

  • banks;

  • card networks;

  • identity verification providers;

  • tax service providers;

  • hosting providers;

  • analytics providers;

  • messaging providers;

  • mapping providers;

  • app stores;

  • customer support tools.

Corely does not control Third-Party Services and is not responsible for their privacy practices, terms, security, content, availability, or actions.

Users should review the terms and privacy policies of Third-Party Services before using them.

23. APP STORES AND PLATFORM DISCLOSURES

Corely applications may be made available through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or other app marketplaces.

Those platforms may require Corely to provide privacy, data safety, support, and app information disclosures. Such disclosures should reflect the actual data practices of the applicable Corely application.

Corely Connect and Corely Pro may have different data collection and data use practices because the applications serve different User roles.

The Privacy Policy URL, support URL, app privacy labels, Data Safety disclosures, and related platform disclosures may be provided through the applicable app store or platform listing.

Use of the Apple App Store, Google Play, or other app marketplaces may also be governed by those platforms’ own terms and privacy policies.

24. INTERNATIONAL USERS

Corely is based in the United States.

If a User accesses the Service from outside the United States, information may be processed, transferred, and stored in the United States and other countries where Corely or Third-Party Services operate.

Data protection laws in those countries may differ from the laws where the User is located.

By using the Service, the User acknowledges that information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries.

25. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

Corely may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.

When Corely updates this Privacy Policy, Corely will revise the “Last updated” date above and may provide additional notice where required by law or where Corely determines notice is appropriate.

Continued access to or use of the Service after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective means the User acknowledges the updated Privacy Policy.
