This Privacy Policy explains how Corely LLC (“Corely,” “we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you use the CORELY mobile application, the Corely website located at corelyhq.co, and related products and services (collectively, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge you have read and understand this Privacy Policy.

It does not apply to third-party websites, applications, or services that may be linked from or integrated with the Service (“Third-Party Services”). Depending on how you use the Service, you may provide:

  • Account information: name, email address, phone number, business name, business details, password (stored in hashed form where applicable).
  • Profile and business information: trade type, service areas, availability information, and other details you choose to add.
  • Customer and job data you enter: customer names, phone numbers, email addresses, addresses, job descriptions, notes, photos, invoices, estimates, and payment status records.
  • Communications: messages you send through the Service (including communications between Customers and Providers), support requests, and feedback.
  • Billing information (Providers): subscription status, plan selections, and billing-related details. Payment card details are processed by third-party payment processors (for example, Stripe) and are not stored by Corely except as needed for receipts, payment confirmations, and subscription status.

2.2 Information collected automatically

When you use the Service, we may collect:

  • Usage data: interactions with features, pages/screens viewed, clicks, time spent, crash reports, performance logs, and diagnostic data.
  • Device and technical data: device type, operating system, app version, browser type, IP address, language, and identifiers used for analytics and security.
  • Approximate location: derived from IP address for fraud prevention, security, and basic regional functionality.
  • Cookies and similar technologies (website): when you visit corelyhq.co, we may use cookies or similar technologies for site functionality, security, and analytics.

3. How We Use Information

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service and its features (including invoicing, job records, and communications).
  • Create and manage accounts and authenticate Users.
  • Facilitate Service workflows, including payment tracking and related receipts/records.
